Hello !
I'm sorry for my bad english.
I'm 19 years old. I have weakness on right hand, arm and leg for 5 months. I feel thinner. I have tongue atrophy. Doctor said you are healthy 3 months ago. Everything is clear. (EMG, MRI...)
Please look at photos and say. Could it be ALS?
What else could it cause?

Thank you...

What you feel isn't the real weakness of ALS, if the doctors say you are healthy and you can still do everything you used to. If you are losing weight and don't want to, eat more. I don't see anything exceptional in your tongue, but the doctor can see if it's changing.

A physio can help with an exercise regimen, and whenever you have weakness all on one side, it is good to think about how you sit, sleep and keyboard and whether your position can be improved. You can revisit the doctor in three more months to make sure nothing has progressed for the worse. If you do all of the above, it is quite likely that you will feel better.

Best,
Laurie
