Have a nice day.
I am 23 years old. I apologize for my poor English.I'm having problems with my right hand and my feet.I have fasciculation on my body.On my feet, on my shoulders and in my stomach..

I'm having difficulty walking. My right leg is getting tired right away. I can not stand on my right foot for long. As if your right leg is spilled on cement.

the brain, waist, back, neck Mr was taken.results clean.blood tests clean. the doctor clinical examination made. a no problem he said.At the state hospital Emg test was done.General Emg scan was done.Right leg, left leg and right hand, right arm. The results are clean. There was no problem with sensory conduction and needle Emg testing.

Right and left hand.

Do I have atrophy in my hands and feet? Is there atrophy in the right extensor digitorum brevis?

Thanks in advance.

With the clean EMG, you do not have ALS. We can’t really assess atrophy from the pictures. You obviously have something going on, but not ALS, so keep working with your doctors. Best of luck.

Two Emg tests were performed. I add both here. One came out normal.Final test is not normal. There are two weeks between tests.

Final Test:In the needle Emg, a large amplitude and long time span were observed. No evidence of denervation was observed.Periodic Emg and clinical follow-up are recommended for the patient's motor neuron involvement.

In addition, Doctor: "Let's do the Emg test again in 6 months."

What does it mean that denervation has not been tracked? What should I do?

No denervation is no ALS. The large MUAPs ( which I think were on both given the 4 plus on the first report?) are very commonly repirted and worried about here in the DIHALS subforum. NONE of those people came back and reported progression to ALS.

One cause of this can actually be having good muscles. If you were told to follow up of course do but in the meantime don’t worry

Thank you for your answer. Do I need to do the Emg test again? Shall I wait?

Don't worry. The doctor is always going to be very cautious, and keep testing you. Do what the doc says. But in the meantime, don't worry about it.

1) Nobody thinks you might have ALS.
2) If you did, there's nothing you can do about it, anyway.
3) Pay attention to number 1.
