Im at a new symptom now i have now an injured knee from what i call stretch spasms .
When laying down for the night i get spasms that cause me to extend so hard i get cramps sometimes ,this has caused a stretch injury to my LCL in my knee (lateral Colateral Ligament )inside the knee from the muscle over stretching and pulling the muscle .Im going to have to have a Knee brace now at least until it heals . Geo
