I have had the vibrations as well, but they are very subtle. In your case, where are you weak and has it progressed? Also, is it objective weakness measured by a doctor through a strength test or just the sensation of weakness? Difficulty in swallowing can be elicited by anxiety, however.

I have had the vibrations and the trouble swallowing (sometimes). Every doctor I have seen (3 neuros, 2 gps, 2 urologists) have said that it is nerves. When I asked about the vibrations they said it was spinal muscle twitching that cuased it- and that if you have BFS it is common- who knows?
