The eye twitch is probably nothing. I get them all the time, and I do not have ALS.
 
Dr Google will do that. There should be a warning--DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ.

Muscle twitching is usually caused by common things--too much caffeine, anxiety, fatigue, muscle exhaustion, lack of sleep, etc. It is rarely caused by a SALS (a very, very rare disease disease--especially for a 27 year old).
