BoxersRule,
In the event you return to the forum and read this post... I would like to suggest a couple of coping skills.
Find yourself a mantra. You can borrow some of mine... "It will just have to be okay for now" "Whatever it is... it is and it's here and now" "Take it one day at a time" etc...
Next.. try to put things into another perspective... it always helped me to remember that no matter how badly off and desperate we thought our family was... someone out there has it 10 times worse.
Tomorrow is another day... put your stresses aside for the night. The sun will still rise tomorrow... Take a bath.. light a candle.. have a cup of tea.. read a good book. Try to relax.
I can only imagine you're thinking that it is so much easier said than done... I know that only too well from first hand experience... but, that's my point.. it is from experience that I say... believe it or not... this too shall pass.. so live in the moment and let the future (whatever it may be) take care of itself.
Stay strong and find something positive to look forward to... the birth of your child should be your focus... Is there someone in your family or friends you can share your fears with? Sometimes a smile and hug can remind you that you are not alone and that you will get through this. Having a baby can be an overwhelming thing emotionally, but, try to keep in mind that your baby does feel your stress as he/she shares your body for the moment.
Good Luck.
