Today I had a feeling of great gratitude for my PWC. It is a wonderful piece of engineering and keeps me comfortable while providing lots of function; really amazing.

A lot of people were involved to get me processed and interviewed and measured up and to have the chair delivered, and I am thankful for their effort. The cost of the chair was covered by insurance, and I am very grateful for that.

I think that gratitude must have an object, and I am not grateful to the Fates, or "circumstances", or cosmic forces, or my luck, or the like. I don't credit my own effort, or my own merit.

I am grateful to God for allowing me to be blessed in all the ways I listed above. God has showered blessings on me and my wife/CALS throughout our journey with ALS, and during our entire marriage (46 years). I don't know why I have ALS, but I know that God has been with us the whole time.

I'm talking here about my personal witness, and experience of God's grace.

If anyone reading this has experienced God's grace and wants to testify to it, please do.

Blessings,
