Illinois law re: Medicare supplement insurance

I just want to be sure all Illinois PALS who have Medicare and are under age 65 are aware of a law that was passed guaranteeing right to purchase Medicare supplement insurance. It takes effect in June and there will be a 6-month open enrollment period. I talked to the IL Dept. of Insurance and they don't seem to have any info beyond what I've stated and suggested I call back in late April. I wanted to know what forms of supplement policies (A, B, C, etc.) will be available but we'll just have to wait.
