A story to tell.

We all have our own stories to tell.
They can be told with gloom and sadness.
Or they can be told with hope and faith.
Sometimes the story is within yourself.
And you find yourself unwilling to share it.

We all erect beariers to protect ourselves.
We lash out to the ones we love the most.
And say its your fault not mine.
It's to easy to blame someone else.
The choices you make are yours and yours alone.

We all have imperfections.
We all say and do things we wish we hadn't.
The most difficult thing for us to do is say I'm sorry.
But just saying I'm sorry without meaning.
Are just empty words.

You must feel it within yourself.
For me it's to easy to mad and bitter.
I can feel my own body betraying me.
I live not through the strength of my body.
But through the strength of my heart and mind.
