The bar of soap is an old wives tale, but I figure what the heck. Just put a bar of soap under the sheets at the foot of the bed(they say ivory, but I use Irish Spring) and it is supposed to help with cramps. I figure it can't hurt! Saw a gastro doc yesterday for my colonoscopy, and told him about using tonic water to flush, and he said it was a brilliant idea. I actually read it here on the forums a couple of months ago, so I am not the brilliant one. This forum is the greatest! HUGS Lori

I put a bar of soap between the sheet and mattress protector at the bottom near Mikes feet. We're not sure if its doing anything.
