Did you get charts from the emg. If so we need you to post them. If not we need you to post the report in a different way. Something we can copy into a translator- preferably do both

What did the doctor say? Did they confirm clinical weakness on exam. Did they confirm atrophy?

What do they say is wrong with the emg? Emgs can be abnormal in many ways. Most are not ALS

I have translated the test:

Mouth loosened the left thumb: rest, silence
PCJRA: average amplitude: 442.6 uV, mean duration: 9.99 ms, post-analysis: 35%, effort: indirect, indirect rich, amplitude up to 1400 uV
Conclusion: Correct entry (Seems clean)

Quadriceps thigh, lateral head: rest: silence
PCJR: amplitude 814.5ms, average time of fire: 12.56ms, polyphony: 10%, effort: indirect recording, intermediate rich, max. 300 uV

Conclusion: Correct entry (Seems clean)

2019-06-13 - Electoneurography:
Sensory-motor conduction parameters in all normal nerves examined

Everything is perfectly fine, Mateusz :)

Thank you Einsoczen for stepping in.

They have checked only two muscles. Is it possible that they may have missed something? Would it really matter if they checked other muscles? The results may have been different

ALS is a disease that is widespread so it is not necessary to check every muscle. Were you having symptoms in that limb? If so don’t worry. Also, you may think it isn’t the right muscle but they know where to look.

If you would answer questions I already asked it would save time. However a normal emg coupled with a normal neurologic exam rules out MND. If your exam was abnormal given the EMG results it is looking like something else anyway.

my neurological examination in the norm, the doctor did not say anything about muscular dystrophies, weakness in every muscle, even the jaw, through the whole body the current passes and everywhere fasciculations. Is it possible that after 3 months the muscles were so weak that every joint pain and shoots.
pain of tenderness, pain of lying down.
