I can't do it

Hi justb ~ I'm so sorry to hear about your mom and all of your pain. You're a very special daughter. I hope you have someone that you can turn to nearby for support.

I know how much time you dedicated caring for your mom and you are kind of idle right now, so I was thinking that maybe you could do something to fill your time like a fundraiser for ALS in your mom's honor. It wouldn't need to be an elaborate fundraiser, but something that would keep you busy and feel like you were doing it for your mom. I know the guys at my husband's work do an annual golf tournament for a co-worker who had ALS and all of the money goes to his family. It makes them feel like they are still helping him by helping his family plus they meet with others who knew him and they reminisce of the good old times, which is important too.

I too am a very sensitive person and maybe that is why I was drawn to your post. :) The other day I was crying and laughing at the same time... I've never done that before. LOL

Please take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing.

XOXO
