I am confused

Hello from Greece. I am 52 year old woman. I am in a bad psychological state because for 14 months I have been suffering from neurological issues. Before 3 months my neurologist told me I suffer from degenerative central neurons coins different als disease with suspicion of dying back genome on. She was told me if I wanted to get a second opinion. My rheumatologist told me I have a lupus. I don't know what to do. What do I believe? Thank you for your time. Got bless you!

I think what your neurologist said translated poorly so not sure what the differential is

first I would look at how each arrived at their diagnosis and what test results support their opinion. Your primary doctor can help you with this. If you are still unsure you could seek second opinions. Maybe your doctor can recommend a specialized neurologist. Good luck
