Hi, my husband in April/May started having hoarseness, constant sinus drainage, and difficulty swallowing. Went to Gastro in September and he sent us to neurologist at an ALS clinic for MRI, EEG/EMG and Barium Swallow. Passed swallow, normal MRI but abnormal EMG. He has had bad rheumatoid arthritis issues - Ankylosis Spondylitis for 20 years. It is throughout his body. Would someone please look at the attached EMG results? I google things but end up in tears because it sounds so bad and of course I do not know how to read these results. I did read the sticky note in the forum. We go to another ENT on Nov 5th then back to neuro on Nov 11th. She has not told us anything to date. I am so worried.
