Al, and all who've broken bones or who have bad bone density... Please add Magnesium Oxide to your bone minerals along with the Calcium and vitamin D. Many newer reports suggest that the magnesium is even more important than calcium, and if you take only one of the two, it creates a real unbalance. I take 400 mg. of magnesium oxide daily... helps sleep, so take it with dinner.

I had osteoporosis at one point then came out of it without the fosamax or other drugs, but did a lot of research. My youngest brother's an OB-Gyn and he tells me the magnesium is in the reports he's reading and is considered very important.

hi al.
i am so very sorry to hear about your accident and how unwell you were after.
hope your feeling a little better.

i am highly allergic to morphine, the one time i had it after an opp within minutes in recovery i developed a rash and other signs so they had to quickly flush it out.

Hi,
My husband has a LifeLife system and I highly recommend it. At first he didn't want it, but I found that in addition to the "necklace" with the call button, they also have a Timex watch that is fairly attractive and no one knows it is a LifeLine system. He has had to use it a couple of times and they are very quick. They will either call 911 or a friend or relative for you

Good Luck!

Don't see the Ortho guy til Fri. Think the knee is just twisted and bruised. Get him to check toes on right foot then as well. Ankle has been more sore this week than first week.

AL.
