Al, and all who've broken bones or who have bad bone density... Please add Magnesium Oxide to your bone minerals along with the Calcium and vitamin D. Many newer reports suggest that the magnesium is even more important than calcium, and if you take only one of the two, it creates a real unbalance. I take 400 mg. of magnesium oxide daily... helps sleep, so take it with dinner.
I had osteoporosis at one point then came out of it without the fosamax or other drugs, but did a lot of research. My youngest brother's an OB-Gyn and he tells me the magnesium is in the reports he's reading and is considered very important.
