I cant type much now, as Im truly on the verge of a breakdown. Please forgive me but would like to know if anyone has had negative Emg's only to find out later that they did have ALS.

PLEASE get some help for your state of mind.
Your problem is NOT ALS ... it is your psychological state. Call your doctor, or a friend or relative, or the suicide help line. Are you able to take care of your child? Is your child fed and dressed? Have you eaten today?
You need help and you need it now. You don't have to hurt like this! Please get some help.
