When you enter hospice 1 you can’t be trying to be cured of your qualifying diagnosis so it would be up to hospice if they viewed them so or as comfort 2 hospice pays for the meds for your qualifying diagnosis ( not other conditions ex hypertension or diabetes etc). I think you are unlikely to find one that covers radicava. They get a set amount monthly for caring for you. Riluzole is iffy too.
