Horrible experience with Alaska Airlines

I would recommend avoiding Alaska Airlines especially if you are traveling with your PALS or you are a PALS. We encountered a 3 hour tarmac wait after we landed at the airport and when I mentioned my husband’s health condition and pleaded for more food/water, I was given 1 snack pack and 1 cup of water for 4 of us (myself, my husband, 2 young children). Due to swallowing issues he couldn’t even eat many of the things in that snack pack. I put a complaint in online and suggested that they train flight attendants on the treatment of people who have medical conditions during long tarmac waits and I experienced indifference from the customer service agent. Pretty much the same indifference that I experienced from the in flight attendants too.

I'm so sorry that happened. It takes nothing at all for the attendant to hand you more water at least. But it's the indifferent attitude that grates the most!
