I am so glad that there is nothing to major with you, you are "Our" guardian angel and we need you around here to lift our spirits.....We miss you soo....I will pm you with my numbers and then when you go to Shannons you can come by and see Freddie and I. sorry for the delay ,i have just seen your posts.
i am so glad your illness is nothing serious,i hope you feel better soon.
my 13yr old cat oliver(olly)died in oct 07.
he had been ill all last summer with bladder/kidney faliure,he had 3major opps and nearly did not make it twice but he was a fighter,i had to give him 24hr care.
sadly after his last opp he developed scar tissue that blocked his bladder/kidneys off completely,i had to take him every day to the vets so they could express his bladder from a caffiter he had fitted.
i had to make the decision to have him put to sleep,it broke my heart as i know he knew and he wanted me to cuddle and love him.
the best thing i did was to have him privately cremated at a pet crematorium,i have his ashes at home in a beautifull wooden casket.
he was my baby and i miss him so much.
some people probably don't understand and think they are just animals.
but when you have loved,cared for them for years they are a part of the family.
i really hope your dog gets better.
