male 27 years old
fasciculations for 7 months
I'm afraid to be ALS
I don't have other symptoms
would it be possible for these fasciculations to be the beginning of ALS even without other symptoms?
I have a clean electroneuromyography, done 3 months ago
Fascinating mainly in lower limbs, lower abdomen and right elbow!

I have a diagnosis of anxiety and I'm really bad about it

Twitching with no other symptoms does not indicate ALS. Twitching is as common as coughing and can mean so many different things- from nothing at all to vitamin deficiency, a virus, anxiety, muscle strain, etc, etc. A clean EMG and no other symptoms means you are cleared of ALS. You may want to work with your doctor to help with anxiety- proper sleep, good nutrition and counseling may improve things for you.

do you think that if it were ALS within those 7 months would you already have other symptoms?
Couldn't fasciculations be opening an ALS framework?
