Hello, My name is Adolfo Castillo and for the last 2 1/2 years I have suffered symptoms similar to PMA. In the beginning I was constantly complaining about muscle fatigue and pain in my lower back region. Every time I went in to the doctors office I was told that everything was normal with the MRI, CAT scans, and blood work, but I had developed either an UTI or upper respiratory infection. As of July 2006, I started getting muscle spasms and twitching on my legs. I was told that it was all in my head. Since then, my legs constantly twitch and spasm. Also, my arms, chest, abdominal , back, neck and face are twitching and spasming daily. I get muscle and joint pains in the hands and feet. I been to several doctors but no answers. I did a nerve conductivity test and it was normal. I also saw two rheumatologist and both doctors state its not arthritis even though my rheumatoid factor and amilyd protein factor where high. The only other abnormal results are that all the liver enzymes are also high. I requested to see a neurologist but all the specialist state that my primary doctor has to request a neurologist. My primary doctor states that a neurologist will not see me because of the normal nerve conductivity test, MRI and CAT scans.
