Hello im a 36 year old female. Twitching and muscle fatigue

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post. I'm a 36 year old female. My first symptom started 3 months ago with twitching in the sole of my right foot. I went to my gp and I'm awaiting a referral for a neurologist. I now have twitching in the soles of both feet. My hands near my baby finger. Upper arms and elbows. My legs and arms also have fatigue as if I've lifted weights (I don't go to the gym). Walking up the stairs leaves my legs feeling achy and exhausted. The worry is consuming me. Please help thanks in advance

In it you will see twitching without clinical weakness ( failure) is not worrisome and feelings ( sensory symptoms) are not consistent with ALS. I expect your neuro visit will be reassuring

Thank you for your response. I had eased my worries regarding the twitching as a sole symptom until it became widespread quickly and it is constant. Thanks again for your reply. Take care

Hi Everyone, still waiting on a neurology appointment. I want to ask you all, the twitching that began in the sole of my foot is now stronger and faster and even more visible. I'm extremely anxious that it's worsening and that this will be ALS. Any insight into why this might be getting worse. I also still have continuous twitching around my legs but this is constant and as I said so strong and visible. Thank you for reading.

Thanks again, will update when I see neurologist. Unfortunately here in ireland there is an 8 week waiting list for private appointments I appreciate your feedback.
