I think it means we paid for a forum subscription (which also blocks ads, btw). Either that, or we’re heart-healthy LOL

Hearts actually indicate a level of seniority ( judged by post counts). The green indicates a forum supporter which also grants heart level privileges
i believe reaching the heart level frees you from ads and gives access to the private forum
