No, it does not sound like ALS or anything like it. Physio is a great idea.

I wonder, since you are in a refugee camp, how well you are sleeping, how good your bed setup is, whether the temperature, noise, air quality are problematic for you, and so on. Sleeping and waking up stiff, or just a lack of refreshing sleep, can contribute to everything on your list. Dehydration, GERD, and allergies are other causes of tongue issues.

So I would ask the physio for stretches and activities that could help you elongate your muscles and improve their tone, if their evaluation suggests that could be of benefit. You can video yourself sleeping and share any questionable clips. Of course, you basically want a physio to evaluate you and point out fixable issues that they may find.
