Hi,
Im here as my grandad was diagnosed with MND around 12months ago. Up to then he was very fit for his age (69) he used to ride a bike and run an allotment, now he cant do anything for himself.
He is very down and depressed despite my family trying our up most to keep him full of hope and spirit. My grandma is run ragged as she is his primary care giver. i feel for both of them and i am worried that things may be at breaking point for them.
I have never used a forum or anything like this for support but i feel that i may beable to get advice and support from people in simmilar situations as myself as noone i know has been or going through anything like this.
