I got my rollator from the MDA. Before you buy one, I would check with the ALS Association near you.

It is not worth it to try to get reimbursed for a rollator. That would probably be downgraded to a pick-up-and-move walker anyway, not what you need. Get what you need so as not to risk falls, as others have said.
