Hi, I’ve been diagnosed with frozen shoulder for about 5 months now and carpel tunnel in the same arm. My shoulder and bicep Since the second month I have fasciculations, not everyday and most of the time in the shoulder area or the limb(upperarm) attached to it. The don’t last long and most of the time when I’m not moving my arm(when I move my arm most of the time the disappear)also have some muscle wastage in the affected arm. Does anyone know that injuries like this can cause fasciculations? Feeling very worried about this.:(
Thanks for reading(btw I go to a physical therapist for my frozen shoulder)

Hi there- please read here: Read Before Posting
It covers all sorts of information and addresses twitching in particular. It sounds like you've already received a diagnosis and are taking steps to address it. Frozen shoulder can take a long time to recover from and does cause some nerve compression, as does carpal tunnel- which, yes, can both result in twitching.

Take care
