Friend diagnosed last month

Hi All, My good friends are suffering so much now since the father of a beautiful family has recently been diagnosed. Right now, his wife really needs someone to talk to who knows exactly what she's going through. Her husband is not ready. They live in NYC., and I'm looking for someone in that area who she might be able to connect with. She is so far staying away from the computer since she can't deal with all the information. They are a beautiful family. Godparents to my youngest son who has Down Syndrome. I know how important and helpful a support group can be right now.
