Hello, I am writing to you again to ask for advice. I am a person who has been suffering from fasciculations and various symptoms for about two and a half years, I have already asked you for advice in the past. I performed various emgs, one of which in August, with negative results except for suffering in l4-l5. Precisely in this area I have a hernia that compresses the sciatic nerve, diagnosed about 7 months ago, which I managed conservatively. Here comes the problem, 6 months ago I started having left foot deficits with a 4/5 grade foot drop. Now after all this time the symptoms haven't gotten worse but they haven't gotten better either, I can walk on my left heel but only for 10-15 seconds then it starts to sag to the ground. I would like to ask you if in these times without worsening I can calm down about ALS and resign myself to the deficit caused by the hernia or if there is the possibility that the disease presents itself subtly and slowly. Thanks for wasting your time answering me
