Hello, Stefan here, 27 years old. Hope you're all doing fine during this pandemic.
I've read the very helpful sticker but I have one concern.
Been twitching for a year which brought me to this site from the first place. No weakness, No visual atrophy, training 5 days per w at the gym.
However, I've noticed that my both feet soles aches/ feels tired/sore when i'm walking on them. Especially when i dont have shoes on.
I'm scared and worried this is due to my both feet geting weaker/thinner.
My question - is this how typical feet atrophy develops in ALS?
Have a nice weekend!
