What an unkind opinion about a highly trained and highly skilled individual. Do you know that to become a neuromuscular specialist, it takes 15 years of post secondary education and training? That qualified doctor would have had a pretty good command of the English language in order to complete this. But, whatever makes you feel good about your own narrative of the situation.
