Finndoodle: I wrote a little under the Fast Progression thread. I believe the time to look into nursing facilities is now. This way when the time comes you will know your options. In some communities, the nursing homes do not always accept ALS patients because of the Bipap and labor requirements of care. So good to line up your options. Unfortunately the far future can come upon us sooner than we are ready for...if we can ever be ready.
