Could I possibly be imagining that I have weakness and atrophy...because of anxiety...

I feel like b/c I've had this twitching in the same spot in both arms for a month that, I have convinced myself I have ALS....is this normal?

there is a slight diff in my left and right arm and hands...but I am right handed, so it should be normal for my right side to be a little bigger and more defined right?

Someone please help me...i feel like I am neglecting my family.

Yes you can certainly be . . . and almost assuredly are . . . imagining your atrophy and weakness. It is VERY normal to have differences in size between left and right sides of the body.

Go to your doc if you have any concerns but in my opinion, you shouldn't have any ALS concerns at the moment.

Now go be with your family and relax.
