Okay... I know it's been discussed a bit before in the forums, but not at length. But the more I read about the newly found gut-brain connection, the more I believe that a series fecal matter transplants could slow or stop some types of ALS progression. I know, call me crazy. Has anyone heard of a PAL undergoing multiple fecal matter transplants? I know there have been a couple that have done one or two treatments, but didn't "go by the book" when it came to preparation.

I've read everything I can find, including the ALS Untangled review.

l could be a doner...sounds like this is right up my alley!!!

So, no PALS have actually tried s series of FMTs? Anyone know of any PALs that have?

I have a friend with MS who has been doing fecal transplants. So far no positive results. She says she thinks it might have helped her if she'd done it earlier in her disease. My PALS isn't considering it.
