fasiculations pain in both legs arms and lower back

hi my name is camila iam 37 years old the last 3 months i have been with fasiculations all over my entire body,i have pain in lower back for 6 month , and just a week ago pain in my both legs and arms like i have doing exercise but iam not,when i lift my arm i feel it very tired and my legs when i walk sometimes bend ,iam with this fatigue i wake up very tired ,sometimes i fell like my left thumb is not working and a few times i dropped a cup o tea from hand iam really very scared just to think ,in 12/12 i have an appointment with the neuro,could this be als?

Fasciculations are common, nonspecific, and meaningless in the absence of muscle function failure which you have not described. Pain points away from ALS.

I don’t see ALS in your story. I think the visit with the neurologist will reassure you.
