Fasiculations for 10 months without weakness

Hello,

So since August 2019 I'm having fasciulation daily, some are random but most of the time in my calves.
Between January and now, i've had 3 EMG test, all normal, they just founded one isolated fasiculation, of short duration and low amplitude.
I also did lab test wich was normal. I also had 3 clinical examination performed by 3 different neurologist with the same conclusion : everything is normal.
I'm also dealing with a general anxiety disorder since 10 months also and according to my neurologist, it is 100% the cause of the fasiculations.

But Since I googled fasiculation, my life is a living hell, I have them every day and it's draining both physically and mentally.

What do you think about that. Is ALS ruled out for me ?

Thanks a lot. I know that this FORUM is for people diagnosed or having a loving one diagnosed, and I'm just a scared man. I really respect that you take time to respond me and others in my situation. I'm gonna pray every night for every one here.
