Fasciculations and tingling

Hi i am a 17 year old male and i wanted to' talk about some strange simptoms i have been having recently.

It all started 1 year and a half ago with fasciculations that started from my calf and slowly spread all over. Then After a few months i started feeling tingling in some parts of my body . I also rarely had some tinnitus. Initially i ignored these simptoms Because the situation was stable. But recently it has worsened: i feel like my legs, arms and neck are heavier than usual and sometimes i cant keep my left Eye straight... Could these be ASL symptoms? What should i do? I am so scared...

You should see a doctor. It is very unlikely that you have ALS, but your eye and strength should be checked.
