Hi guys, it's been 2.5 years since my mom got a diagnosis of probable ALS but cannot exclude MG, it's all very complicated. There was a partial response to medication for MG but there is still progress. Legs are strong and not affected.
Recently they did a SFEMG of the eyes, which showed increashed jitter and blockage, which usually matches with MG.
However, ALS patients can also have it according to the neurologist. Are there any PALS on this forum that are also unique and have eye issues? She has for example double vision when looking down. I know usually ALS doesn't affect the eyes according to literature, but I am curious about the exceptions
