Yes, my upper body strength is still pretty good. I usually excercise both arms and legs with the motorized bicycle for an hour each. The therapy bands I use three or four times a day and hold for twenty seconds for five reps each. I also do knee bends by holding onto a safety rail in the bathroom. I do twenty-five at a time about five or six times a day.
These are just some of the excercises I do on a daily basis. I find that the more I do without making my muscles sore, the more I can do.
