Thanks for your post. As others have said, it expresses what I'm feeling too. I'm grateful we have a place to express ourselves and support one another. You've such a good attitude but we can't keep it everyday. Be gentle with yourself.
I try to find at least one good thing in each day. Some days it's just having my coffee in the morning.
