ERICA question

i joined this forum to get help with my eye response computer. i am having trouble using erica/lifemate with internet explorer. i want to use firefox. does anyone know how i can do that/ ?

Sean, I don't know anything about it either, but would it be better to contact Erica or Firefox directly? I use it as well, and know that sometimes I have to switch back to IE as it doesn't work for certain applications. Sorry I can't be of more help either.
