Hi!

here I am again. Sorry. I have a question. I have had some perceived weakness/heaviness in right leg for 3 months now and a lot of twitches/internal vibrations. I also have some twitches elsewhere sometimes but a lot mostly right leg and some atrophy in ankle (seen and measured by me forgot to show to neuro) . I did the emg on right leg Wednesday of last week (he poked me on knee and foot and made me flex) and the neuro told me that it was normal. I saw coming home that upper motor signs (hypperflexia) is sometimes not shown on emg and can cause a false negative.
My question is, if I have a normal clinical but with brisk knee reflexes (diagnosed by another neuro)

is the emg still good? Can I really forget about als? Cuz I see some people saying that their emg was normal but they had als. So now I’m not sure anymore.
Thank you
