1. Chronic motor axon loss in the infraspinatus (but not
supraspinatus) muscle, moderate in degree electrically, which in
isolation is of uncertain clinical significance but may represent
a left suprascapular mononeuropathy at the level of the
suprascapular notch distal to branch to supraspinatus.
2. No evidence of a generalized myopathy and no myotonic
discharges or motor unit instability identified by needle
electrode examination.
