EMG tomorrow

Well, after having a few hotspots that I have never had, my neuro order follow-up EMG tomorrow. It will be after one year and two months after the first one.
Everyone told me with widespread twitching and first clean EMG, this will be clean too. But I cannot get rid of fear and anxiety, I still think about the worst.
I wish it were over already

Hi, my second EMG after 18 months of twitching was clean. The doctor did 6 muscles, mainly those that twitch often..no sign of denervation, all absolutely OK.
I was told that the twitching I placed on youtube isnt true real fasciculation - said that fasciculations are typically wave-like movement that cause a lot of muscle fibers to twitch.
Thank you for your support, Im so happy now and also a bit ashamed to posting that, but I believe you understand.
