Sorry back again. I wanted to get a second opinion done on the EMG so I did and attached is report. I take it there is no concerning on the fasciculations and I can put this to bed finally?

Sincere apologies to be back again. Just extremely concerned about my bulbar symptoms. Does Bulbar commonly begin with tongue atrophy without loss of function, or does this come much later?
