EMG results, opinions

Hello all,
This is my first post and very nervous, I had a very close friend / co worker pass away from ALS many years ago. I currently have body wide twitching that is constant in the bottom of my foot and a very weird feeling in my right foot and leg, (leg and foot tire out quickly). I am currently waiting on a follow up on emg results, attached is copy of my emg results. I know none of you are doctors but are unfortunate experts in the field, your feed back would be greatly appreciated. God bless you all.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. No acute denervation -- most likely some kind of pre-existing spine damage that has worsened over time.

Thank you, he was good man. I’m sorry last question, so no denervation means no ALS? Thank you again.

Correct. Also sorry for your loss. Losing someone to ALS changes you forever

Thank you both for the response, This is such a devastating disease, I am very sorry for what you both are going through as well. I pray there will be a cure soon.
