EMG results can someone give more insight ?

Hello all and thank you for your time i will be quick as i dont want to really bother you, my name is Andreas having some odd symptoms for 6 months
bellow is my EMG which doctor told me its normal altho there is some denervation does this seem worrying ?

I did review them though. You have some chronic denervation isolated to a specific nerve root. As it says clearly in the report this is not ALS and indicates a spine issue which she suggests should be followed up with a spine MRI You should know sometimes emgs detect spine issues even when mris are normal. Remember emgs look at many things and can be abnormal in many ways for many reasons. Yours did not show an ALS pattern

hello there reporting with new EMG results , found some polyphasics but i didnt understand why this happens can someone please explain like im 5 .

It is utterly normal to have some polyphasics which is why your interpretation said normal
