Wondering if I can get some input on my emg. Als dr says I don't meet the criteria to be als but I have most symtoms. I had 4 emgs previous and this is first abnormal. I also have brisk reflexes, fatigue, vision issues, less muscular and .more

The only significance this has as compared with the other EMGs is that you should pay more attention to how you sit. There is zero reason to think of ALS or anything like it.

Your PCP should be the one to monitor things like fatigue with you and you should see an ophthalmologist re any vision issues.
