Does anyone here know a lot about it? Here is the reason why I ask:

1.) My muscle twitches started in Oct.

2.) I had an EMG/NCS done on the right side of my body only since the twitching was pretty much all over in March(5 months into twitching). The nerve test came back 100% clean. I had 8 muscles tested. 7 of 8 of the muscles came back 100% OK. My med gastroc muscle(lower leg) showed "increased insertational activity". Which basically means when they stuck the needle in the reaction was a little stronger then normal.

Does anyone know if this is why of the readings consistent with ALS? The neuro said since it was only 1 muscle it is not a concern. Does this mean if it was in a few it would be a concern? a concern for ALS? Is increased inserational activity a sign of ALS?
