You can't keep piling on symptoms until you think you hit the one that convinces us.
ALS does not come on this way, and your doctor should be deciding on tests to schedule and who you should see.
It is worrying when someone reports escalating symptoms and wants to tell doctors what to do and decide for themselves who they should see and what should be done next. You don't have medical training, start with a PCP and work forwards from there, rather than jumping to trying to get into the top specialists without being referred there.

if you want to post the numbers along with your height, weight and age ( because normal values are different depending on these factors) there are people here who do understand them
